Teaching in Boutique Education for untrained applicants
If you are an untrained teacher, you may be feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of leading a class. But don't worry, our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.

Our program is tailored specifically to the needs of untrained teachers, providing a comprehensive introduction to teaching strategies, classroom management techniques, lesson planning, and assessment methods. Over the course of the program, you will learn how to engage and motivate students, create a positive classroom culture, and effectively communicate with parents and colleagues.
Overview
Through a combination of hands-on activities, interactive discussions, and expert-led instruction, you will gain practical experience and develop a strong foundation in teaching fundamentals. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other untrained teachers, sharing your experiences and insights as you progress through the program.

Shortlisted applicants will undergo the following 2 stages in the selection process:

1. Selection interview
Shortlisted applicants can expect to receive an update from us on the arrangements for the selection interview within 6 weeks of the close of the application window. If you have not heard from us by then, you should assume that your application is unsuccessful.

The interview comprises 3 components:

Discussion with the panel
You can expect to spend about 2 hours at Boutique Education. You will need to bring the original copies of all your certificates and supporting documents for verification. We may ask you to submit additional documents, based on your shortlisted subject and teaching level.
